DESCRIPTION:

80-unit apartment building comprising five townhouses, sixteen lofts, and fifty-nine flats organized around a landscaped courtyard and pool. The 5-story wood and steel-framed building sits above two levels of subterranean parking. The south-facing 2-story townhouse units allow sun into the courtyard, while the double-height lofts on the ground floor create optimal live-work conditions.
