DESCRIPTION:

This modest 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom Spanish bungalow in the Belmont Shore neighborhood of Long Beach was expanded and reorganized. The kitchen and dining room were enlarged, a master bathroom and closet added to the back, and a long, dark center hallway reconfigured with a new sky-lit "hub", providing a bright core in the center of the house. A music production studio was later added to the garage featuring custom millwork and lighting.
