DESCRIPTION:

An existing warehouse space was transformed into directors' offices and meeting spaces using simple materials and finishes. Open bull-pens on the ground floor have continuous MDF counter tops, while CMU walls were fitted with exposed conduit off-the-shelf lighting. Birch veneer plywood built-in storage walls separate the offices, which are enclosed by sliding glass doors. Upstairs, a "city" of conference rooms are connected by a meandering path.
