DESCRIPTION:

An existing art gallery was renovated and expanded to include a new gallery space along with four new artist loft spaces on an adjacent lot. The four lofts were built simply and economically, focusing on interior space and light, while an exterior system of illuminated panels unifies the entire project and creates a new animated façade.
