DESCRIPTION:

10-unit condominium consisting of five 2-story townhouses entered from the ground floor, and five 2-story townhouses entered from the 4th floor. This organizing system allows the living spaces to maximize their private outdoor areas, and minimizes potential acoustic conflicts by separating the bedroom levels from their neighbors’ living areas. The units are organized around a central courtyard, giving many of the units windows facing 4 directions.
